How do I become a member of the Association?
1. You will need to check your massage qualification
2. You need to download and complete a membership application form and
3. Mail it back to AHCMPA with a copy of your qualifications and
4. Mail the cheque drawn on a Canada bank account or Money order for your membership fees to:
